Citizen participation and dialogue. The interaction between invited participation from above and citizen driven initiativ from below. Malmoe and Gothenburg in the area of tension between on the hand contributing to sustainable societal development as nodes in global networks or the danger on the other hand to torn apart, disintegrate and evolve into battlefields for social conflicts.
